Several times a week, the Hearts & Noses clowns walk the hallways of local pediatric wards, looking for kids who need a little encouragement and cheer.
And on August 18, several of our friends honored those walks by going for a run. 👟 👟
Hearts & Noses board members, and their friends, laced up their running shoes to raise money through the Falmouth Road Race. The 7-mile race includes a popular charity component called Numbers for Non-Profits. Every year, approximately 3,000 runners sign up to raise money for their core cause, generating more than $5 million annually.
“The Falmouth race is a fun way to get out and raise awareness,” said board chair and runner Dmitri Rabin. “It’s such a community show of support for all the organizations doing good and important work. We had to make sure Hearts and Noses was represented!”
